Yup, those are epitokes of eunicids. That looping jerky movement is very characteristic. Probably all of you with live rock have eunicids. There are many species that range from tiny up to about a foot long that live their entire lives in burrows in the rock. Once a twice a year the rear end fills with eggs & sperm, then it breaks off from the parent & swims up to the surface to spawn. They orient themselves to the full moon so those poor worms in Twallace's tank were really confused by his video light!
