Chodzi mi o to, ze wielu zwierzaków nie sciągamy - niestety Klient na nie jest okazjonalnie - a moze ktoś chciałby mieć stadko Serranocirrhitus latus m- który na wielu storonach(miedzy innymi meerwaser-lexikon) przez posiadaczy uważany jest za najmpiekniejsza rybe z gatunku papużaków(jak antiasy)

Witaj i bez urazy , ale niechce Mi sie szukać po nazwach każdego z tych zwierzaków , mało tego jest to kłopotliwe i nie wygodne!!!,myśle że dla Ciebie jako firmy nie jest problemem wstawienie fotekm tych zwierzaków a Nam szukanie tego i ewentaulne wybranie czegoś zajmuje ..... tyle czasu i robi się mętlik.

Myślę, że z racji specyfiki towaru, wiele osób po pewnym czasie ma bardzo mocno wyrobiony cel - co chce kupić, jakie są wymagania tego zwierzęcia, zwyczaje żywieniowe itd.

Podobnie jak ze sprzedażą zwierzat na miejscu u nas w sklepie- jesli przyjdzie Klient i zapyta o konkretne zwierze, czy jest łatwe w utrzymaniu, czy jest reefsafe etc, to oczywiście odpowiem i doradzę.

Jeśli natomaist przychodzi i wskazuje konkretną rybę, lub w mailu pta o możłiwość jej sprowadzenia - to nie uważam za konieczne egzaminowanie go, czy na pewno wie na co się decyduje, dobór tej ryby pod katem kompatybilności z pozostałymi mieszkańcami jego akwarium etc.

"Standarty muzyczne" sprowadzamy zawsze - a ta lista jest po to, aby ktoś kto zapragnął do swojego akwarium zakupić np. Chaetodon Bennetti, moze to zrobić informując nas o tym wcześniej 0 nie wymagamy żadnej przedpłaty czy tez innej formy zagwarantowania ze ktoś taką rybę odbierze - chodzi jedynie o wskazanie nam potencjalnych "celów" - trudno zaś ze względów praktycznych w takiej sytuacji jak ta, do każdego gatunku robić dokładny opis - choć robimy to PO SPROWADZENIU i wprowadzeniu zwierzęcia do sklepu(umieszczane są tam podstawowe dane, które jednak nie zwalniają kupującego z dogłębniejszego poznania wymagań gatunku który zamierza się kupić)

Przypomnij mi prosze, o jakich zwierzetach teraz piszesz? kiedy wyslales do mnie ostatnia wiadomość? Przykro mi, ale nie pamietam takiej sytuacji, choć nie zaprzeczam ze mogła miec miejsce.

Jednak chciałbym abyś pamietał, że TO PRZEDE WSZYSTKIM W MOIM INTERESIE jest odpowiadać na takie maile/wiadomości. Tak mi się wydaje - zapewniam więc - jeśli nie otrzymałeś odpowiedzi na swoją wiadomosć - nie wynikało to z jakiejś złośliwości. Albo nie przypomniałeś się o fotki
